A new evergreen Feature Article format designed for Urban List, balancing editorial integrity with commercial outcomes. I led the concept, designing a system that could be adapted for multiple clients while remaining visually consistent and flexible across different topics. The format has been successfully sold to notable clients including Sandhurst, WOTIF, Providore, and others, generating ongoing revenue. 

Each iteration of the format takes learnings from previous releases, refining layouts and visual elements to improve engagement and increase time on site. My involvement included defining the layout structure, designing key visual components, and creating templates that could be efficiently replicated without compromising quality or editorial voice. The project demonstrates how iterative design and strategic thinking can create a system that is both commercially effective and user-focused.
